Porter

The New School is seeking a porter to work on-campus, assisting with maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the campus environment. The porter will work under the supervision of a foreman, superintendent, or Facilities Management, and is expected to follow instruction and contribute to the team effort.

Requirements

• Willingness to contribute as a team member in the Facilities Management operation
• Ability to read, write and communicate with the co-workers and University community
• Follow instruction and work towards servicing and improving the campus environment

Benefits

• Hourly rate: $30.852
• Benefits governed by the 32BJ Collective Bargaining Agreement
