Requirements

• Proven ability to drive business impact through merchandising, ideally within multi-brand luxury retail
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills, confident in taking calculated risks
• Excellent market, customer, and brand awareness, with a genuine passion for product
• Experience in fast-paced luxury retail environments with strong communication skills
• Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
