Seeking a Legal Support Supervisor to oversee legal assistants within Litigation and Pre-Litigation, ensuring attorneys have the support, structure, and staffing coverage needed to operate efficiently.

Requirements

• Law firm experience required
• Plaintiff-side PI experience strongly preferred
• 5+ years progressive management experience (legal or professional services)
• Experience conducting performance reviews + staff oversight
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment
