Job Description
Michaels Organization is seeking a Community Manager for their Mt. Senior Center property. The role focuses on managing property operations, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining a safe, well-maintained environment. Responsibilities include financial reporting, staff training, marketing, and resident relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of community development and resident engagement.
Requirements
- Two or more years’ experience in multi-family residential property management.
- Multi-family residential leasing experience.
- Accredited Resident Manager or similar designation preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Professional appearance and conflict resolution skills.
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
