We are seeking a part-time and full-time Utility Steward to support the team by demonstrating the highest standards of culinary excellence, accountability, respect, integrity, and compassion.
Requirements
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, equipment, supplies, pots/pans, small wares, china, glass, and silver according to established safety standards and regulations.
- Cleans kitchen floors following standard procedures.
- Applies knowledge of safe use and storage of chemicals and equipment.
- Maintains and records data on required logs per company policies and procedures.
- Completes daily and weekly cleaning assignments per task lists.
- Regularly empties trash containers; shifts and cleans garbage cans; properly operates compactor.
- Minimizes loss and breakage through proper use, cleaning and storage of equipment and supplies.
- Performs duties in a timely and efficient manner and on a schedule determined by kitchen and dining operations.
