Sales Director (Full Time)

We are looking for a Sales Director to join our team at The Madison Senior Living in Kansas City, Missouri. The ideal candidate will have a positive and energetic attitude, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. The role involves developing close relationships with potential residents and families, helping leads and families problem-solve, and ensuring exceptional lead experiences during tours and visits.

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a 12th grade proficiency
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills
• Must be criminally cleared
