Leasing Consultant (lease-up)

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the welcoming face of Independence in Dixon, a 186-rental home community. You'll greet and guide potential residents, build lasting relationships, and help individuals and families find their perfect home.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or leasing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Motivated by goals and performance metrics, with a proven ability to close sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with leasing/property management software (Yardi, OneSite, AppFolio) is a bonus
