The Community Director will oversee all aspects of property operations for Rosewood, a beautiful Lewis community in Redlands, CA. This role requires leadership, financial insight, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of property management experience with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong financial insight with experience managing budgets and financial reports
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of landlord/tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and HAP programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and property management software
- Valid driver's license preferred
