Job Description
UX/UI Designer to bring user experiences to life at a creative digital agency in Cape Town. Minimum 3 years of experience required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
- Conduct user research and translate insights into personas, journeys, and wireframes
- Develop intuitive user flows, site maps, and responsive layouts
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma or similar tools
- Design clean, accessible, and visually consistent interfaces across devices
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with product, development, and stakeholder teams to align design with strategy
- Run usability tests, analyse user feedback, and iterate designs accordingly
- Present design concepts clearly and back decisions with user data and UX best practice
- Ensure designs align with brand identity, accessibility standards (WCAG), and user needs
