Job Description
We seek a driven and confident Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging with warm leads, including clients who have made inbound inquiries or interacted with us previously but did not proceed. The ideal candidate will have a clear English accent, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial finance (experience in the UK market is highly desirable)
- Previous experience in lending or commercial finance is essential
- Strong communication and phone presence, with a clear English first-language accent
- Comfortable with making a high volume of outbound calls
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize follow-ups effectively
- Sales-driven, proactive, and highly motivated
- A team player who collaborates well with both local and international colleagues
