Job Description
We are seeking a CRM Administrator to manage our CRM ecosystem, Close and Recruiterflow, and play a critical role in ensuring leads reach our sales and recruitment teams efficiently, accurately, and at scale.
Requirements
- 1–2 years' experience in a CRM, sales support, or an administrative role
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Close, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Strong organisational skills, with experience handling multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Experience in finance, recruitment, staffing, B2B sales or professional services
