Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager who can own delivery from inception to completion, drive accountability across multiple teams, and manage client expectations with confidence and clarity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, leads from the front, and finds purpose in doing things properly the first time.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Professional registration with PMI or SACPCMP (PrCPM preferred)
• 5+ years experience leading construction or property development projects
• Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
• Deep understanding of JBCC contracts, scheduling, and construction methodologies
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
