Requirements
- Telephone and email correspondence with customers
- Organization of meetings, conferences, and events
- Execution of administrative HR tasks (holiday approvals, sick leave reports, time tracking)
- Independent recruitment process management including telephone and email communication with applicants
- Support for pre-accounting (document management using software tools)
- Taking over general secretarial and assistance tasks
- Coordination of correspondence and information exchange between management and partners/customers
