Youth Development Lead - Outreach to promote The King's Trust's programs to young people and partners in Southampton and Portsmouth, planning and attending showcase events, and cultivating relationships with agencies and partner organizations.

Requirements

• Experience in youth work or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic disclosure checks (DBS) clearance
