Requirements
- Be an advocate of empathy and create human connections with residents
- Be a patient observer and discover residents' interests and abilities
- Be a master of the mise en scène and set the stage for a successful day
- Be a life partner and partner with residents to achieve daily life tasks
- Document resident care and changes in condition
- Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods
