Masonry Foreman (Retaining Walls)

The Kearney Companies is seeking an experienced Masonry Foreman to lead crews specializing in retaining wall construction using concrete block systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retaining wall construction (SRW or similar systems required)
• Previous foreman or crew lead experience preferred
• Strong understanding of base prep, drainage, geogrid, compaction, and backfill practices
• Ability to read construction drawings and wall layouts
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
