We are seeking enthusiastic, results-driven Wellness Coordinators to join our team at The Joint Chiropractic. As a Wellness Coordinator, your role goes beyond managing patient intake and completing administrative tasks. You'll have the opportunity to use your sales skills to convert inquiries into long-term patients, all while educating them on the tremendous benefits of routine chiropractic care.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a high-paced retail or healthcare environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
- Positive, upbeat attitude with a passion for helping others and driving sales.
- Strong sales abilities, confident in presenting and closing memberships and service packages.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- Proficient with office equipment (computer, scanner, fax, phone system) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Previous office management or marketing experience a plus.
- Bilingual preferred.
