Maintenance Technician - BFHP Hope Center Residence

This position performs a wide variety of maintenance duties, including preventative, emergency, cosmetic, and routine maintenance, and regular inspections. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in performing similar maintenance tasks in an apartment development or comparable position.

Requirements

• Schedules and responds to work orders
• Insures preventative maintenance scheduling and performance is up to date
• Conducts Move in and Move out inspections
• Performs plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and masonry repairs and troubleshooting as needed
