Requirements

• Experience with OEM repair procedures and insurance policies
• Proficient with programs such as Mitchell Repair Center, Mitchell Connect, Mitchell Tech Advisor, etc.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with insurance claims appraisers
• Ability to work well in a team and on own initiative
• Ability to multi-task and keep organized in a timely manner
