Requirements
- Manufacturing experience (preference for pet food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods)
- Proven track record of good attendance and consistent performance delivering consistent safety and quality
- Ability to work well in a team environment and be willing to help solve problems and implement solutions
- Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment and follow all company Safety Rules & Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing, standing, bending, twisting, and moving around stairs, ladders, platforms, and various equipment
- Ability to effectively read, comprehend, interpret, record, and apply information from documents
- Mechanical interest and operational skills
- Ability to learn new systems, record operational data and communicate results
- Emphasis on sanitation/cleaning
- Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds frequently
