Operator 1-Production

As a part of the Hostess Plant Production Team, the Operator 1-Production and Production Utility Worker is responsible for various bakery manufacturing activities, including working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, communicating and working effectively in a team, and being flexible in work assignments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 1-2 years of Mechanical and/or technical skills required for Operator 1-Production role
• Ability to rotate workdays throughout the week including weekends
• Proven track record of good attendance
• Capability to work well in a team environment and be willing to help solve problems and implement solutions
• Willingness to flow to the work to meet the needs of the business
• Speak, write, read and comprehend English
