Manager, Operations

As the Operations Manager, you will provide daily direction setting, lead plant recovery, and develop the operational master plan and budget. You will also manage inventory cycles, data analysis, and cost reduction initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for personnel management, coaching, and career development of the Operations organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
• 4+ years leadership experience in manufacturing
• 2+ years managing direct reports
• Experience analyzing complex data and problem solving
• Experience leading projects through execution
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
