Executive Principal

The Executive Principal/Head of School plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic vision, academic excellence, and operational success of the institution, combining visionary leadership with practical execution to foster a thriving, inclusive learning community.

Requirements

• Proven success in a senior leadership role within an international or independent school context
• Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple academic programmes (IB, Waldorf, Montessori preferred)
• Familiarity with boarding provision and the operational demands of a growing school
• Strong understanding of school accreditation processes (CIS, IB, BSA, or similar)
• Experience liaising with government or educational authorities (preferably in a private school setting)
