Patient Experience Representative - Internal Medicine (Full-Time)

We're looking for a Patient Experience Representative to join our team at The Iowa Clinic. As a Patient Experience Representative, you'll provide advanced-level patient services, manage the flow of clinical scheduling, registration, and patient materials, and strive to create The Iowa Clinic Experience with each interaction.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Medical Experience in a medical office setting is preferred
• Highly motivated to work in a healthcare setting
