Job Description
Service Technicians will service all ICEE and restaurant equipment, including Frozen Carbonated and Non-Carbonated dispensers, fountain beverage equipment, ice makers, juice dispensers, etc. Team members in this role are provided with a vehicle, uniforms, tools, cell phone, tablet, and gas card.
Requirements
- Receives dispatched service calls as assigned and ensures a prompt response based on estimated time of arrival (ETA)
- Performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoots or diagnoses service problems, and completes repairs as needed
- Maintains inventory and maintenance on equipment such as: parts, tools, and the company vehicle
