Job Description
The HOME Project is a non-profit organization aiming to provide a supportive framework for unaccompanied minors arriving in Greece. The THP (Head of the Protection Unit) will be responsible for overseeing the management and operation of the shelters in the Athenian area, focusing on child safety and well-being. The role requires oversight of staff, monitoring activities, and ensuring adherence to child protection policies and legal standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
- Postgraduate studies (optional)
- 5+ years of experience in organizational positions in NGOs
- Relevant knowledge in institutional issues
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Greek and English
