Digital & Social Account Manager

We are seeking a Digital & Social Account Manager to lead and manage digital and social programs for multiple clients, ensuring flawless execution and strategic alignment with client goals. As a trusted partner to clients, you will manage day-to-day program delivery, mentor junior team members, and ensure our digital work is strategic, creative, and measurable.

Requirements

• Lead and manage digital and social programs for multiple clients
• Manage client communications and deliverables
• Develop and oversee social media content strategies
• Ideate and create quality, error-free work on multiple social and digital channels
• Measure success on all platforms and share actionable insights with account teams and clients
• Manage direct report(s) while coaching and mentoring junior team members
• Work effectively across teams and departments
• Support new business opportunities through developing campaign and social strategy
• Collaborate with global digital colleagues to share learnings and drive innovation
• Stay current on and promote integrated digital best practices across the Agency
