District Sales Manager

The District Sales Manager provides leadership, direction, and training to Field Sales Managers in designated districts. They are responsible for achieving sales objectives, training and developing sales team skills, and managing district sales and profit objectives.

Requirements

• Improve performance and capabilities of assigned sales team
• Train and develop skill competency levels of assigned TSMs and sales team
• Conduct sales and training meetings
• Forecast sales and develops plans for market penetration and growth opportunities
• Adjusts resources as needed to accomplish sales and profit objectives
• Conducts regularly scheduled visits with TSM team
• Maintains a valid driver license and vehicle insurance
• Able to lead and motivate a large group of off-site staff by guiding, training, and offering counsel
