HR Generalist

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in Granby. The role will support employees and managers in the application of HR practices and promote a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial relations, human resources management, or related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in HR in a unionized manufacturing environment
• Rigor, autonomy, dynamism, and ethical sense
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all hierarchical levels
• Empathy and sensitivity in managing files
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with tight deadlines
• Analytical mind and ability to make quick decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ease with digital tools (social networks, HRM tools such as SAP and SuccessFactors)
• Functional level of English
• CRHA or CRIA title (asset)
