Job Description
The Young Leaders Program Manager identifies, recruits, and trains conservative student leaders for Heritage's Young Leaders Program. The role involves building relationships with stakeholders, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive internship experience. The program focuses on job placement and policy influence with Heritage’s key audiences.
Requirements
- Manage a dynamic internship recruitment, application, and hiring process.
- Develop and execute recruitment calendar.
- Coordinate events and mentorship opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with program participants.
- Manage program budgets and expense reports.
- Oversee YLP assistant and daily program duties.
