Job Description
We are seeking a Healthcare Customer Relations Specialist to join our remote team. You will provide compassionate support to patients and health plan members across various channels, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and performing administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Romanian (verbal and written)
- Availability to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (United States)
- Previous experience in customer service is required
- Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet required
