We're seeking a Superintendent with a strong background in large-scale healthcare projects. The role involves managing field operations, leading teams, and ensuring projects meet budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 9 years of progressive field construction experience
- High level of technical knowledge and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in reading plans and specifications
- Ability to use various software applications including PM software and Microsoft Suite
- Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) or comparable certification (preferred)
