The Manufacturing Production Project Manager role involves managing manufacturing and production timelines, tracking product progress, and communicating with manufacturers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, with strong written communication and documentation skills, and experience in project management or production coordination.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project management, operations, or production coordination
- Exceptionally organized with strong personal systems for tracking work
- Comfortable owning complex, multi-product workflows end-to-end
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Confident following up persistently with internal teams and external partners
- Experienced with spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion)
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and highly accountable
- Able to learn manufacturing workflows and timelines quickly (training provided)
- Comfortable working full-time aligned to U.S. / EST business hours
