Partsperson/Inside Sales Representative (TGC-Edmonton)

We are recruiting for a Partsperson/Inside Sales Representative for our Edmonton branch. The role involves providing exceptional customer service by supplying parts to customers, using catalogs and an ERP system, and troubleshooting to determine customer needs.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of previous experience in heavy duty and/or automotive counter sales experience required
• Strong customer service focus with an ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High level of integrity and a strong work ethic
• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable Driver’s Abstract
