Requirements

• Prior server experience is preferred, but a heart for service is a requirement.
• Reliability: Our residents count on us; we need team members who show up on time and ready to help.
• Ability to interact warmly with elderly residents and communicate effectively with the team.
• Genuine passion for working with seniors.
• Patience and empathy to listen and engage with elderly residents.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.
