Job Description
The Job Developer will identify, develop, and maintain relationships with employers to create unsubsidized employment opportunities for clients. This role involves conducting cold calls, securing placements, and assisting the workforce development unit. The position requires sales, public relations, and community partnership experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field
- Minimum of one (1) year of job development/placement experience
- Experience developing jobs for individuals with special accommodations
- Sales experience (marketing/public relations preferred)
