Job Description
The Assistant Director supports the Program Director in overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across the Jobs Plus program.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience or 3 years in case management or program coordination
- Experience in budget management and program operations preferred
- Experience working with justice-impacted individuals, public assistance recipients, and those affected by poverty
