Job Description
TEP Charter School is seeking a Finance & HR Associate to support the daily operations of the Finance and Human Resources team. This full-time, in-person position in Washington Heights/Inwood, NYC, offers a detailed learning experience, professional development, and commitment to educational equity. The role focuses on operational excellence, employee support, and ensuring compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in finance, human resources, operations, or administrative roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, BambooHR, and Procurify (preferred)
