The Human Resource Generalist will support the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations, performance management, benefits, compensation, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and guiding employees and leaders on company policies and practices.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
