PR & Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a PR & Partnerships Manager to lead and expand our public relations, influencer, and affiliate programs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, remain calm under pressure, and bring deep knowledge of the Christian publishing industry alongside proven expertise in PR, influencer relations, and affiliate strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing others, with proven ability to lead and develop team members
• Strong knowledge of the Christian publishing industry and its audiences
• Demonstrated expertise in PR, influencer marketing, and affiliate program management
• Proven track record of growing revenue through partnerships and campaigns
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with influencer and affiliate platforms, reporting tools, and budget management
• Understands how AI integrates into your position
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay composed under pressure
