The Commons is seeking a Community Team member to provide exceptional service and engagement to members and guests. The role involves providing a warm welcome, conducting sales tours, leading building inductions, and managing building operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality
- Proven ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
