Senior Game Designer (Full Time - Remote)

We're seeking an experienced Game Designer to help shape the core systems of a strategy mobile title. As a Senior Game Designer, you'll own key gameplay systems and drive player engagement through thoughtful economy design, progression tuning, and live-ops integration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of game design experience with at least one shipped title
• Strong understanding of strategy/RPG game economies, progression systems, and meta-loops
• Experience with live-service games (events, seasons, retention mechanics)
• Proficiency with design tools (Excel/Sheets, Miro, Figma, Notion, etc.)
• Familiarity with F2P monetization and game economies
• Analytical mindset: comfortable with KPIs, player metrics, and data-driven iteration
• Excellent communication skills with ability to document complex systems clearly
• Proven ability to mentor team members and elevate design quality
• Experience leading feature development from concept to launch
