Vendor & Distributor Contracts Manager

We are seeking a Vendor & Distributor Contracts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor and distribution contracts, ensuring compliance with Clorox policies and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Manage the Vendor Management and Distributor Management offshore teams
• Collaborate with internal teams including GBS, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and etc... (as applicable) ensure contract strategies are aligned with broader business objectives.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of vendor and distribution contracts, including initiation, execution, renewal, amendment, and termination processes.
• Act as the primary escalation point for contract compliance issues, service distributions, or deviations from agreed terms.
• Proactively identify and escalate risk associated with vendor and distributor engagements, ensuring business continuity and adherence to SLAs.
