Process Operator- Rotating Shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd)

The Clorox Company is seeking a qualified candidate for a Process Operator position at our Aberdeen, MD facility. This role involves managing a sophisticated system of storage, mixing, blending, and holding tanks, along with pumps, associated piping, controls, and instrumentation. The primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient transfer of raw materials to mixing equipment and the prepared product to the packaging area.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a manufacturing operator/process operator or maintenance technician
• Effective written and communication skills
• Shift Flexibility: Ability to work different shifts should business needs arise (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift)
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for up to 8 hours per shift
