Fund Services - Fund Accountant - Real Assets

Citco is seeking a Fund Services - Fund Accountant to join its real assets division. This role involves accounting and analysis of funds, preparation of financial statements, and client interaction. Requirements

• Maintain and control the general ledger and various sub-ledgers.
• Prepare financial statements, footnotes and partner capital statements.
• Prepare trial balances and work paper product.
• Process standard and complex bookkeeping entries.
• Monitor the timing and quality of client deliverables.
• Review the real estate fund client’s partnership agreements and PPM’s.
• Prepare financial data analysis.
• Monitor compliance of various agreements with clients.
• Train and support team members in their development.
• Operate as a contact point for clients.
• Act as a liaison with various internal /external parties.
• Assist in client audit procedures.
• Process wire transfer payments.
• Prepare and analyze complex Excel spreadsheets.
• Liaise with property management companies.
