Job Description
Citco is a global leader in fund services, corporate governance, and asset services. This role is for a Corporate Administrator focusing on day-to-day operations and assisting with complex fund structures. The company offers learning and technology investment in its employees to deliver a seamless client experience.
Requirements
- Handling day-to-day operations in foreign jurisdictions.
- Assisting with new client onboarding and coordinating with senior team members.
- Drafting board packs, agendas, and minutes.
- Ensuring timely and accurate updates on Oracle System tasks.
- Managing work trackers and communicating updates.
- Developing expertise in Viewpoint, Diligent, TIBCO and other software.
- Collaborating with Grade 7s and AVPs.
- Training junior team members.
- Driving process improvements and staying updated with standard operating procedures.
