Software Engineering Lead Analyst - HIH - Evernorth

We are looking for a Software Engineering Lead Analyst to develop, optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy. The role will support the full software lifecycle of design, development, testing, and support for technical delivery. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Java/J2EE and SpringBoot, and be proficient in Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipeline, JUnit, and Mockito frameworks.

• Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example.
