Job Description
This Radiology Technologist position involves performing routine radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations in various departments, including the diagnostic, nursing, and surgery departments. Responsibilities include performing exams, maintaining patient safety, protecting equipment, and maintaining accurate records. The role also includes assisting students and supporting departmental operations.
Requirements
- 95% of films are satisfactory as measured by repeat rate.
- Ability to work in all diagnostic areas (including IVP, fluoroscopy, portable equipment, GU).
- Knowledge of front desk operations and computer systems.
- Equipment problem reporting and documentation.
- Competent communication and interaction with other departments.
- Adherence to confidentiality and data security protocols.
