The Lead Sales Trainer is responsible for building, delivering, and maintaining world-class sales training systems. This role serves as the final filter for talent readiness, ensuring only the best appointment setters and closers are placed into campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience training or managing outbound call center teams (roofing, solar, or home services required)
- Strong grasp of sales systems, rebuttals, appointment setting, and quality control
- Proficiency with LMS platforms (ProProfs, Trainual, TalentLMS, etc.)
- Experience using ClickUp or similar project management tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal, written, and live)
- Ability to create and manage training documentation, SOPs, and scalable systems
- LATAM based; comfortable working remotely with distributed teams
- Strong organizational and project management skills
