Requirements
- 8+ years' previous Project/construction management experience
- Strong contract administration capability
- Demonstrable experience with NZS3910 and/or NZS3916
- Proven ability to structure contracts, manage variations, assess claims, and maintain disciplined project controls
- Solid understanding of New Zealand building regulations, procurement processes, and health and safety obligations
